At Whistles and Whistles, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at checkout)
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments
- Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Note: Promotional pricing and advertised discounts are not considered "final sale" unless specifically marked.
International Shipping & Returns
Our products ship from our international fulfillment centers located throughout the world, including North America, Europe, and Asia. This allows us to source premium quality items and offer competitive pricing.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs for international returns can be significant
- We use lightweight, eco-conscious packaging to reduce shipping costs and environmental impact
- For defective or damaged items, please contact us first at info@whistlesandwhistles.com—we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or other solution to avoid costly international return shipping
- For items under $30, we may offer a refund without requiring physical return to avoid excessive shipping costs
- We're committed to making things right while being mindful of shipping expenses for both you and our business
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@whistlesandwhistles.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos of the item if it's defective or damaged
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
- Return address will be provided upon approval
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded as store credit only
- Store credit is issued as a Whistles and Whistles e-gift code
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Report defects within 2 days of delivery for fastest resolution at info@whistlesandwhistles.com
- Returns for defective items accepted within 14 days
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Wrong Address or Refused Packages
- We cannot change orders after they are placed
- Packages returned due to incorrect address or refusal will be refunded as store credit minus shipping costs
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
